Give us a way to see if the raid we are going into via LFR has killed bosses already before joining.

We had that option a long time ago and it was removed due to not being able to fill in progress runs after people leave. I doubt it will ever be an option again.

I understand the frustration, but if you queue for the LFR, see they have already killed 1 or 2 bosses you would decline, so would the next person, and the next. No one would backfill.
What happens if a tank leaves? The group disbands. Now you have to requeue and kill bosses you can’t loot. That doesn’t sound like fun.
The better solution is reward players if they backfill, it can be extra crest/tokens/valor stones or hell let them “bonus roll” with a 10% chance at gear. Backfilling should be rewarded, not punished.

I agree with this.
A bonus roll would be nice, but I think people would lose their mind over it for a month. “This guy rolled a 110 / got personal loot when no one else did.”

A tank or healer leaving and you may as well disband. Suck it up, do the one or two bosses and requeue (at the front of the line btw).

What if every boss you backfill kill, you get a token, 10 tokens (or however many) can be combined and used to bonus roll a boss anywhere in the lfr raid?
We all know the bonus rolls give gold 90% of the time anyways 
You are totally right it would be fair to see if you will join a run on the last boss just like it is for them that you get deserter if you only join for first boss.

I want a guaranteed item and vault credit for any bosses killed before I joined.
they could give a filler bonus or drop the lock outs but they can’t get a drop if they beat the boss already

Idk, I hate to suggest a new currency, but something that lets you buy items that aren’t very rare at an LFR level would be nice for LFR players. Probably have to make it not allow buying set pieces, too.
That would mean if someone leaves mid raid, no one would join, like lets say a tank left there would be no replacement
