Blizzard, Please stop giving azerite once HoA is level 80

I am tired of it. I don’t want azerite. I want gold (or war resources. not really)

It serves no purpose to continue earning azerite. leveling up the HoA is pointless. 2 ilvls is not something players want.

Just go back to how it was in 8.1 and 8.2 where once you hit the max level on the HoA it gave gold or war resources for many rewards instead of azerite.

There is no max heart level it just keeps going and gives two ilvls when you level it. Forever. But hey least that means you don’t have to do islands if you don’t like them

Multiple people have, current highest azerite neck level is 87. It just keeps going, going and going.;

I believe the post you are referring to was about the PTR. I have no doubt that the ppl who maxed out the heart the last time made “too much gold” and Blizz wouldn’t want that happening again.

I agree ap is bad and it should feel bad. Gold is good and it feels good

It’s literally another mechanic to force people to keep grinding bad world content on the fear of falling behind.

Whereas if there was a cap, you could simply use your main for essences, raiding and M+, and just get an alt caught up, now if you fall behind levels on your main, people are going to point you out.

Basically another player stress mechanic to drive up MAUs.

If I’m going to continue to accrue Azerite on a maxed HoA, put it in my bank so I can send it to my alts.

My alts are Horde. My alts are contributing to the Horde war effort, so to speak. Share and share alike, I say.

I’m not even 80 yet. I can’t even use the last azerite “trait” on my chestpiece yet. Because that takes 79. I only have 1 rank 3 essence. I don’t have TwiDev.

But I still did ~61k DPS over the course of Motherlode +14 yesterday.

People get too worked up over these things. Just play the game. Even alts.
