For those of us impacted by what will henceforth be labeled as ‘The Great Auction House Disaster of 2020’ (Shoutout to our programmers- thanks for this…) what are any UPDATES? I see all kinds of people making comments, and not a single thread with information on what WE need to do. When you log on it says you’re aware of the issue. So does that mean we don’t need to do a ticket if we haven’t yet because you’re already on it? Should we? If we had a bunch of stuff up and don’t remember what we’re missing what do you want us to do?
There is literally NO DIRECTION from Blizzard, and I’d really appreciate a reply, on what WE need to do while WE wait for YOU to clean up YOUR mess.
