Blizzard, please remove the silver hand imagery from orgrimmar on the alpha

What I am talking about can be seen in this video: https://youtu.be/5w8LQilaZiY

I know the silver hand was used as the paladin legion order hall but as of BFA they are not a neutral organization. The silver hand is part of the alliance. Even in legion the blood knights and sunwalkers didn’t merge with the silver hand. They just banded together along with other paladin orders under the silver hand.

To see that banner in orgrimmar is heresy. I implore you to change it blizzard to something else instead.

no we all friends now after we bombed your city and burned the tree and most of stormwind.

But no cross-faction grouping, and no talking to each other!

Don’t Goblins speak Common?

Always wondered why Horde races understand them but not Humans, or why everyone can speak to each other in cinematic but not in-game.

because lore wise common is common for a reason. It seems that having sentience pretty much means you know common regardless of where you are from. Even other planets.

Ew gross. Yes please change to blood knight banner

What? The Silver Hand fell under the Argent Dawn banner at some point. The Argent Dawn didn’t play politics.

They had both horde and alliance races in their ranks as far back as vanilla.

So humans were just too lazy to come up with their own language like everyone else?

Just ignore the part where Gallywix says “I forgot how profitable working with you Alliance mooks can be!”

The argent dawn and silver hand came together to form the argent crusade. After the broken shore assault the silver hand was reformed as an independent organization.

While in legion the other paladin orders regardless of affiliation banded together under the silver hand as of bfa that has ended.

The silver hand can be seen fighting for the alliance in the arathi warfront.

If there is going to be a neutral paladin organization it should be a reformed argent dawn. Not the crusade. The crusade ended with tirion. Reform the argent dawn and have them take over all former argent crusade holdings barring light’s hope which belongs to the silver hand and by association the alliance.

I don’t see why it’s not fitting for Alliance but red.

Actually the Argent Crusade was basically destroyed during the Broken Shore and The Silver Hand stepped in and brought the remaining Paladin order together to face the Legion Threat. They are an Alliance based group, matter of fact they take part in the Battle for Stormgarde, against the Horde.

Dude, it’s an alpha. They’ll get to it…

During early alpha for BFA, Boralus had Night Elf statues as placeholders along the main waterway leading to the keep. Now if you go there it’s filled with statues of humans, but yeah, they do this often.

But let’s say this is intentional. The Silver Hand has been a neutral organization since Legion. You have to deal with that now.

Slaps blood knight Banners in Stormwind for the Alpha

They didn’t. The Argent Crusade still exists, just under different leadership. The current leader of the Crusade is presumed to be Maxwell Tyrosus.

They were basically wiped out as a fighting force. Which is why The Silver Hand reformed to replace them in Legion.

"The Knights of the Silver Hand was the order of paladins created after the First War by Uther the Lightbringer and Archbishop Alonsus Faol. The Silver Hand helped lead the Alliance of Lordaeron to victory in the Second War.

When Uther refused to purge the city of Stratholme during the Third War, the order was suspended by one of its own members, Prince Arthas Menethil, though the knights continued to fight against the Scourge despite this. Years later, the order was reformed by Tirion Fordring, who merged it with the Argent Dawn to form the Argent Crusade and take the fight against the Lich King to Northrend. Human and dwarf paladins from Stormwind and Ironforge were still referred to as Knights of the Silver Hand after the formation of the Argent Crusade, suggesting that the order remained active within the Alliance.

During the third invasion of the Burning Legion and after the defeat of the Argent Crusade in the Battle for the Broken Shore, the Silver Hand was formally reestablished and supported by each major paladin order on Azeroth: the human and dwarven paladins of Stormwind and Ironforge, the draenei of the Hand of Argus, the blood elven Blood Knights, the tauren Sunwalkers, and the remnants of the Argent Crusade. They fought the Burning Legion alongside the other class orders and the Sanctum of Light, under the Light’s Hope Chapel, became their order hall.

Following the Legion invasion of Azeroth and the Battle for Lordaeron, the Order seemingly fights on the side of the Alliance once more under Turalyon during the Battle for Stromgarde. Notably, Lady Liadrin is also present, fighting for the Horde, once more under the banner of the Blood Knights."

I actually love that all the class trainers have the class hall logos behind them. It implies the class halls are still active and sending out trainers to train new adventurers. Its a nice little touch.

It doesn’t bother me, but given that I believe Blood Knights are the best Paladins, I fully support the OP’s request. More Blood Knight imagery pls!

except that time in bfa where they could be seen fighting against the horde… Yep. Totally neutral.
