I mean look, I’m one of the folk that think the Drachyr looks like it came out straight out of a furry’s twitter profile picture, but I think the anime hypersexy dragon girl would be even worse, honestly. I don’t mind them being Lizzard-like, if anything they should just look more serious instead of the winged cousins of Jar Jar Binks.

I guess de female Dracthyr can look different from de males but dey not be needin breasts and de like.
Make dem almost like de Dragonspawn, we not be knowing much about dem but dey do be showing some differences between sexes without dem being overly sexualized.
Slightly different hips, waist and face/snout be all dat is needed I think.

They can give female Dracthyr breasts and they can be like argonians. Do you have any idea how much lore, mystery, and speculation goes into simply asking why these lizardladies have breasts? Even the people who write TES lore throw hints in just to mess with these theories while never actually confirming anything.
Instead of asking why they would have breasts, try asking “why not?” This game is made to appeal to mammals after all. This expansion needs all the appeal it can get and catering to base instincts makes for an easy win.
I also agree with the “delete visage form” sentiment. What better way to experience “being a dragon” than not being a dragon.
