Hear me out, they're following the same business model now.
- Heavy focus on remastered or re-released "old" games. (Classic, WCIII, Diablo on Switch)
- Heavy focus on an eShop for extras.
- Relies on the future, not the present (coming soon!)
- Long content draughts.
- Telling customers what they like instead of listening to what they like.
- Diablo Amiibo
I didn't buy the Switch as a Nintendo fan because of the direction they've been going, now I'm seeing it with Blizzard.

I haven't bought Nintendo since they let me down with N64. If it took you that long I think you should give your wallet to your mom.

…….what are you talking about?!
Off the top of my head (and i am likely missing some):
Perfect Dark, Golden Eye, Mario Kart, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Super Mario 64, Bomberman 64, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Super Smash Brothers, Donkey Kong 64, Starfox, etc...
...and you viewed it as a disappointment?!?!?!

There are only 3 good games for N64 OoT, Perfect Dark, and Golden eye.
Compaire that to the all start list of games from NES and SNES. Nintendo has never been on that level since.
I mean Wii U was actually decent. Switch offered nothing.
perfect dark alone was worth buying a N64 for. let alone OoT and MM and the multitudes of other amazing games on it.
but i agree with the sentiment from the OP, a lot of rehashing content and going back to the well, not enough new and innovation.
its like they are petrified of tackling new ground and developing new stories/content. and when they do we get garrosh 2.0s. and dont get me started on what blizzard has been doing to the night elves for the last 14 years.......

It almost got me to bite. I wanted to but they announced the Switch when I was tempted and just decided to pick a Wii U up in a few years after the prices fall for it.
that's pretty flimsy but I bet you feel clever at least
Yes but the crazy geniuses at Nintendo still deliver high quality content for your money. Blizzard hasn't had that level of quality in their games and franchises for a while now.
Blizzard at their peak (all games from 1998 to 2007):
WC3
Diablo II
Starcraft
World of Warcraft WotLK
Nintendo at their peak (all games from 2017):
Super Mario Odyssey
Zelda Breath of the Wild
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

You poor poor soul. You missed out on some really good games for N64.

Yay a sub par fighting game... I'll stick to Street Fighter.
Well, they're going to run out of games to remaster pretty soon. The only thing left is Diablo unless you foresee them doing like War 1 and 2, which seems unlikely.
N64 was amazing wtf are you talking about?
Breath of the Wind is arguably the most innovative game Nintendo's every made, maybe next to Mario 64. Not sure how that's telling customers what they like....

Mario 64 is in the discussion of perhaps the single greatest game ever made. Even if you didn't appreciate it, to not acknowledge that is just bad judgement.

If you call ripping off Elder Scrolls innovative...

Wanted to add Super Bomberman R if you like Bomberman, and Kirby Star Allies is good fun, especially with friends/family. However, Star Allies' story likely won't have as much of an impact unless you are very familiar with the Kirby series' lore.
