Blizzard needs to make a public example of the NAX HC griefer. When he is banned the need to publish an article with an explanation as to why they did it and WHO it was. This guy just emboldened hundreds of low life attention hungry plebs to try this themselves. It WILL happen again and will continue to happen (especially at low levels) if blizzard does nothing.

Permaban the battle.net account and any battle.net account attached to that card/paypal/etc, then ban that card from purchasing another product and remove any appeal process.

The problem with this is it really could have been a mistake, though it does sound like it wasn’t this time. However, people make mistakes all the time in raids, they will forget their pet is on agro, accidentally auto shot, hit the wrong button and fire off a spell or even charge on accident, any of these things at the wrong time could easily wipe a raid. While all of these things could have been intentional, proving that it was intentional versus an accident will be challenging, and it will be difficult for Blizzard to actually take action in cases like this because its in most cases it will be difficult to prove it wasn’t a mistake.

I can appreciate the dedication, patience and effort the griefer had to endure for a year to make it happen.

Theyre not harmed. If you feel harmed from something that happens in a video game I know some therapists that might be able to help you.
