Blizzard needs to crack down hard on pvp toxicity

People getting mad over actual mistakes is dumb anyway. After someone plays 20 or 30 games, if they’re still in lobbies with healers who don’t heal, or DPS who don’t DPS–it’s apparently where they should be.

I can only imagine the people wasting oxygen with the middle of the BG in Warsong or the folks who go Mines/Market in Gilneas or Deepwind would actually learn how tactical positioning works and guard their home turf better.

You don’t NEED the market specifically, it doesn’t count more, and it’s arguably the biggest area to guard… when tactically speaking a single Hunter can hold Shrine or quarry with maybe a Rogue or Druid easily.

Mines in Gilneas is self explanatory, their graveyard is right there. Why are you going after the hardest point to capture when there’s two right in front of your graveyard by default? That RBG should be tilted AGAINST the Horde if you even remotely do it right.

Coaching is best found from those capable of helping of others improve, not garden variety 2k shuffle meatheads who look at omnicd and go gg healer had ps/link i afk after leaping and dying behind a pillar I fear

I find random bgs are the most toxic. People start saying the most disrespectful toxic crap the moment the first base or flag is lost.

Void leech is new meta for that.

No, pvp is toxic because people are toxic lmao. What does the bracket have to do with anything. You get insulted the same in m+ and lfr (havent raided yet)

agreed. just report them and move on

I agree with you. The problem is the culture created by WoW openly allowing the activity to occur and be advertised within their game system. Actual harm is more or less meaningless, it’s the perception of fairness and the perception of harm that matters.

If the offense rate stayed exactly the same as it is right now and WoW put out a policy against the activity, stopped in-game advertisements, and highlighted the actions they do take to punish the behavior, the in-game toxicity of the players would reduce within weeks… possibly within days.

PvP community has a meltdown if they meet someone learning in ranked.
They’ll immediately flame you passive aggressively after one loss. It’s actually pathetic.

Is that the community or is that just a select few.

Because 90% of us will sit there and help if asked instead of raging out
