I have done mythics up to 2k rating for the past 2 seasons, just not on this character. I used to play a Hunter, Dekabe - Area 52, and also pugged raids up to heroic. I can use the LFG tool just fine.

I do think Blizzard has added time wasting gameplay before (something in Diablo…cast times for town portal were shoehorned in? I don’t recall specifically but it was a controversy), but your suggestion is over the top and has no basis.

There’s no guarantee you’ll be paired with someone who speaks your language.
That’s a death sentence for any content that requires communication.
The entire point of Mythic difficult for dungeons is to make abilities matter; both in terms of damage and in terms of mechanics. In other words, the antithesis of what is allowed in queueable content.
The answer is a very simple and firm: No.
Neither Mythic nor Mythic+ (even the name of it is a hint if you didn’t notice) should ever be queueable.
