Blizzard Mobile Authenticator

Hello,

I am trying to add a mobile authenticator to my account for the extra 4 bags. I have the app installed on my phone, but when I try to login to set up the authenticator for the first time, it goes to a “setting up” loading screen but then cancels and says “session expired, please try again”. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and have tried for the past 3 days. I tried all of the basic things like turning my phone on and off too. I was curious if anyone had a solution?

I tried googling and it looked like people were having this problem after already successfully adding the authenticator. I have all the required specs and came from the support site

Did you ever figure this out? I’m getting the same issue for my daughter’s account.
