Get rid of PvP talents, bring back PvP gear, reinstate resilience back to its former glory, make honor worth something again, bring back marks. For the love of god fix PvP. Wtf happened to diminishing returns? Why can a single player keep me stun locked, silenced etc… (obligatory you’re bad).

That’s your opinion lol EQ is over 20 years old and still going strong, Final Fantasy has millions of active accounts, eve online is just as old and still going strong (the Chinese servers dwarf the primary). Countless other mmos exist and are more popular than WoW; WoW is just the most main stream so people like you say it’s the best. Maybe for you it is.
Blizzard has been catering to casuals since WotLK and they lost a lot of people. That’s literally why they made classic servers, they need to increase their player base to continue generating money. It’s not up for debate it’s a fact lol and they will release BC servers and WotLK etc… it’s inevitable.
They just wont fix retail because the try hards and carebears live their but they realize after a decade they need to keep real gamers satisfied so they keep bring their own re runs back.

Maybe OP should be bright enough to choose his words more carefully before he throws them out. WoW is in no way, shape, or form dead. People have been saying this since BC. Still going strong.
