I’m fine with the idea of it, but the cooldown is painful; it’s not up frequently enough to consistently use on boss mechanics, and usually gets you farther than you need to go. Traveling through dungeons (such as backtracking) it doesn’t get you far enough.
Baseline:
2 second duration (enough distance for most dungeon mechanics)
25 second cooldown
2 charges
suppresses snares for its duration (does not clear roots/snares; not usable while rooted, snares are in effect again after divine steed)
some kind of out-of-combat buff to uptime so your dungeon group isn’t constantly waiting on you
Talents:
-5 second cooldown, +1s duration
OR (choice node)
+1 charge, applies Blessing of Freedom to you for the duration (now usable while rooted)
