Addons are a bigger culprit in my opinion. Weak Aura’s board, CD trackers which became neceassry on some class / spec. Same with buffs, like when to cast a long pyroblast on Fire mage.
Devs tuned out wow around it so it doesn’t feel boring, it’s a necessary evil. The only way would be to break any kind of addons, so there’s no more advantageous addons that are paid for, like, people who play with RotationMaster.
