Blizzard is serious about AV and AFKing! They're watching too! (Source in Comments)

Yeah they are watching all right, on their horde toons… while they camp our cave…

Both sides have the problem of people not following directions - or more specifically - not communicating cohesive strategies. I will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you don’t mean that you are the greatest strategic general of all time and that everyone needs to automatically listen to you, as that would be egotistical and socially inept.

However, I can attest that horde typically has only 1-2 AFKers where Ally has something like 6-12 per game and that DOES make a huge difference. The reason is we have LONG wait times and you have short wait times and so AFK farming AV is not a productive use of time for the botters on the Horde side but it is (seemingly) on the Ally side.

As far as your other issue I would encourage you to cultivate better leadership skills and communication strategies - nobody likes being TOLD what to do, but a discussion usually results in people being made aware of an effective avenue of attack.

They did waves of bans back in vanilla when they had loads more GM’s observing the matches actively and this still didn’t put a dent into the problem.

So I’m not expecting much this time around.

Well, now they have call center employees making minimum wage as GMs. So the quality is about as good as the last crap i took.
