My buddy started playing last night for the first time. Purchased shadowlands and a sub. And now every three hours blizzard is refunding his payment. He purchased again, and can play the full game, but three hours later his payment is refunded again and can only play a free trial. Anyone ever experience this?

He needs to talk to billing and his bank.

Have him contact his bank to see what the charge backs are for. he can also contact billing at Blizzard but I assume they will ask him to contact his bank

Should tell him to call the credit card company and ask if they were charging back. Probably the case here.
The bank says it’s blizzard doing it. I don’t get why they would send money back for no reason 
The bugs from Shadowlands have leaked into the billing code.

They cross-check your billing information with your social media and if you don’t have justice points they don’t want your money

That’s odd, usually billing code never has any bugs that hurt the biller, unlike their products.

I get this question all the time, billing blames the company and the company blames the bank. Somehow it always seems to work out if you wait.
Stop using stolen/fake CCs.
I know you got an RFID reader and stolen some card’s info. Now you are trying to use it online and you will go to prison.
Use the cc to buy a game card. Most people would look into WHY its being charged back rather than asking randos on a forum.
Your “friend” can also post on the CS forums.
It’s too much loot for Blizzard. They don’t want it.
You should post this on the customer support forums for a better assessment.

If your friend is still having issues, can just temporarily workaround the issue by buying an 60 day online game time code or bnet balance.

and then just try readding the payment card later on or whatever.
I get this often but rarely with blizzard. I purchase out of state but sometimes out of country like on etsy and company declines my order.
I literally need to call my bank tell them to allow the transaction them they tell me to wait up to 15minutes and after that i can purchase fine.
Basically its my bank stopping it but funny thing is recently they allowed someone to purchase on amazon from another state and didnt even block it. Had this happen with sony on ps4 buying a digital game and never had that issue before.

Thank you very much. But what’s weird is it’s not just his subscription that gets returned, it is also the purchase of the game itself, even after he downloaded it.
