In the places where I come from, speech is built from swearing.
Also we have a folk wisdom: Someone can’t offend you, you can only let yourself to be offended.
I am definitely against the humiliation of human dignity, but I don’t see anything wrong with foul language and verbal abuse.

Pretty sure that banning cheaters should be on top of their to do list and it’s not that hard to find. Look for the glad teams who derank several hundred points (which is against ToS btw) and the ones who play hundreds and even thousands of games with players who have less experience. There’s also websites they can go to and infiltrate them to see who’s participating in RMT. There are literally so many tools that can be used and they can do more frequent bans including life long bans, hardware bans etc.
If they did these things then maybe 3’s wouldn’t be so dead.
