Blizzard is Free!

I don’t think this is True.

CEO of Microsoft do not like Bobby. So I don’t think Bobby will be CEO for Long Time.

Bobby is staying but his contract is up in March of next year. He’s likely staying on so he doesn’t have to be paid a large severence. Usually former CEOs stay through the transition stage. It shows stability in the transition which drives up stocks.

If he does get a new contract next year, him and the rest of his company will still answer to Spencer.

I don’t think WoW can actually get any worse. It’s hit rock bottom with this expansion is how I see it.

It’s not like Activision-Blizzard were alien to microtrans.

It literally is true.

Microsoft does not underpay their employees. Blizzard is notorious for this and has been for years, long before the lawsuit was a thing. They’d play on people’s desire to work for Blizzard, for the prestige of having that on your resume and lowball them, and they still do that today.

Microsoft does not tolerate any of the behaviour that Activision Blizzard has been in the news for lately. Hell, Phil Spencer specifically came out against the behaviour shown by Activision Blizzard employees, denouncing it and stating that they’d be ‘evaluating their future business with the company’.

And we literally have proof, by the way of 343 studios, that Microsoft gives their studios the time and money to make the games they want to make. Not the games the shareholders need them to make.

What exactly Bobby Kotick did to you?
I don’t get why is a good thing

Halo Infinite was released with a lot of problems. The last I read they had some issues with BTB and they are working on a fix for cross-platform cheating. PC cheaters ruining the game. They are expecting some type of fix for BTB in February and stated that they are going to try to get a fix in to address the rampant PC user cheating

Heart of the Storm says, “Hi!” and asks if you would like to buy a skin.

The euphoria will last until the layoffs begin and the micro-transactions ramp up.

Boy i have some news for you about the tech industry. That behavior is very common, some places are better at hiding it. Blizz just got picked out by commiefornia to be set as example. If you think Microsoft is free of that youre delusional.
Also check Bill Gates history with Epstein. If you really cared about that you would never give microsoft a peny.

I have… hope. Is this a done deal I haven’t seen anything about this in the newsfeeds?

I am more than aware that within the tech and gaming industry this behaviour is common. Riot, Ubisoft, Sony and Activision Blizzard have all been named and shamed.

Microsoft, however, has not, and Phil Spencer is adamant about that behaviour not being tolerated under his watch.

And I don’t really care about Bill Gates history with Epstein. That’s irrelevant, especially since Bill Gates no longer works for Microsoft.

I am cautiously (very cautiouly) optimist about MicroBlizz. Mainly because it rarely gets worse than Bobby & C.

I wouldn’t say rock bottom. I still maintain BfA was worse but the content pace has been bad and the lore is the worst it’s ever been

I think your definition of Microtransactions is different than what it actually means. Cosmetic/mount/pet cash shop is not a microtransaction. Sure you can debate it might mean the same thing but imo microtransactions are like paying for more character slots, needing to pay to unlock certain quests, paying to be able to certain quest rewards, paying to change your characters look, etc. I don’t know of any Blizzard games that did this. WoW, OW, SC 1 and 2, D 1-3, Warcraft 1-3 didn’t have this. Loot boxes in OW were all cosmetic stuff. So again, imo not a true microtransaction.

As for the Activision side I don’t know. I don’t play CoD or any of their other games.

Yes Candy Crush is but I am talking about actual Blizzard IPs.
