So I’m having an issue with a Jewelcrafting quest of Boss Magor , " Rumors of the Jeweled Whelplings " It says I’ve completed this quest by Running the quest script off WoWhead - run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(70833)) . But I can’t buy the or find the Onyx Gem Cluster Map to show the treasure X on the map to loot the chest.
So I submitted a GM Ticket to get some help on the matter and this is the response I got in return… Blizzard as of June 2024 is a $74.28 BILLLION Company and They have AI robotic Customer support that is complete garbage.
Stop being cheap blizzard! Hire some real people to take on this as your email reply said " With our ticket queues being extremely busy ". I miss Vanilla GM’s that would pop in with their amazing RP skill and magical emotes to try and really help you IN GAME. Not us having to wait 2-3 days just to get spam reply emails like this. Telling people to use a 3rd party system like WoWhead instead of having answers or taking the time to look into the issue for the ticket is beyond lazy.
