You dont need to have high ranking people to beat a PuG. 10 people playing in a marginally coordinated team with a proper team comp against a rank PuG with no healers and a no communication or coordination will win nearly 100% of the time unless they are somehow the most handicapped premade in the world.
Hardly. There are people that get busted all the time and dont lose their “ill gotten gains”. Your assertion that it can only be cheating if they were rolled back is false on its face and just a garbage attempt to move the goalposts.
Its simple:
Is it against the ToS?
Yes?
Cheating.
Which has what to do with anything? You asked how many premades there are. Not how many rankers.
What does it matter if the premade is rankers or not? Theyre still going to win every single game unless they come up against another premade or are absolutely garbage players asleep at the keys.
Stop trying to misdirect from the answer that you asked for or try to qualify it and move the goalposts. Its the epitome of arguing in bad faith.
the total population isn’t what matters, it’s the population of pvpers, and horde has more of them and they are better quality. most serious pvpers rolled horde because of the perceived racial superiority, it’s a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy, horde are better at pvp because people thought they were better at pvp.
Wow you got defensive fast. Also I am getting to my point but context is required. Patience dude, patience.
The reason I was asking the person about the number of given premades was that he believed it was the fault of premades for dodging leaving pugs against premades all day long. I was hoping for some perspective on this. Hence why i wanted to know from you if all you saw were rank grinding groups?
To the best of your knowledge the answer is no. Correct?
So I was completely unaware of the entire classic pvp system until I recently watched a guide on youtube.
Here’s my opinion on the matter, alliance are screwed. I say that because not only have I hardly played any bg’s knowing how lopsided the faction imbalance was for horde players, but just the shear fact that in order to rank up and potentially get to a point where I can purchase pvp gear, I am forced to do endless amounts of pvp each week, including a decaying factor against my rank. That’s absolutely absurd lol.
Why would any alliance want to queue into a bg, and attempt to fight. There is literally no point whatsoever it seems. I just played two wsg matches on this alliance character, the first attempt my teams plan was to turtle. Which doesn’t work because unlike retail, there is no time limit or possibility to win with just a single cap of the flag.
I believe the only chance that alliance has is to raid and do pve, to gear and have some sort of power. But then, once involved in pve aspect of the game why would anyone want to spend massive amounts of gold to respec to go get slammed in a bg.
Best i can do for you is “i dont check the scoreboard to see ranks”. Id rather doubt every single premade i ran into was Marshals, though. That also doesn’t preclude them being rankers that just aren’t high rank yet (or are working on alts, etc).
Then tell them to stop dodging and play the darn game out; cowards with tails between their legs. Only looking for fast easy honor. That’s all the alliance is comprised of. People looking for the easy way out. No sympathy for you.
What is the point lol. With a decaying ranking system, and no sight of seeing honor or the possibility of purchasing pvp gear, there is no competition, it’s just a bloodbath. Yeah right, Id rather not queue for bg’s and just focus on getting gear from raiding and dungeons and have world pvp instead ha.
Actually, Alliance and Horde have equal reasons to “want” to PVP. Alliance in some regards have it easier - and on some regards Horde does. It depends on your own personal preference and weighting of queue times for BGs.
(It’s actually completely equal - OBVIOUSLY - but I’m particularly intelligent, so it might not be so obvious to others - I probably shouldn’t mention that, but I’m inviting criticism).
Im not your Google bot. You can take the 10 seconds to look it up, or you can not. In either case, i dont really care. You’re already proving over your posts in this thread you’re not interested in facts, just being disruptive and annoying.
If you’d like to refute it, prove it.
Im not the one making an audacious claim that requires sourcing. There have been entire guilds that have been caught exploiting and other than catching account suspensions, nothing happened.
Its almost like it was front page news dozens of times on MMO-Champ or other WoW-centric websites with video evidence and everything.
Reading not your strong suit, i see. Either that or you’re just trying to argue in bad faith.
The truth is, probably more than half our faction only want PVE rewards.
Alliance doesn’t want to learn PVP as a whole, so the few of us who do are doubly screwed.
Most games, the main thing people ask for in chat is turn ins for rep.
They don’t want to PVP. They are even honest about this.
So, the rest of us who do are screwed.
Meanwhile, Horde brings consumables and wants to PVP.
So, in any given match, Horde are competing against 1/2 of an Alliance team.
Does that win make you feel good? Like you accomplished something?
