Nah I’m not negatively affected. But if they give us high elves instead of those cute snake people, I’ll be mad! If they gave us both, that would be sweet.

They literally haven’t. It’s been 20 years. They are culturally and physiologically the same race.
There is nothing the high elves are, culturally, that the blood elves are not.

Ion gave you Void Elves. Until Ion is gone, you will NOT get “high elves”.
Personally, I don’t think if players wanted or don’t want it wouldn’t impact anyone. Just “Ion’s” design doesn’t account for public opinion. Full stop.
