Blizzard gives the alliance high elves. Are you negatively affected?

DENIED! Those cheeky goblins stole the brownies to put into gold wrappers to try and exchange for real gold.

That sounds like a Goblin thing to do

You wouldnā€™t like a drunk Midare. Trust me.

HAHAHA this, coming from you?

Now, thatā€™s hilarious.

No, the canon is that their eyes are green as a side effect of the crystals used to power up their buildings, something that the majority of the population wasnā€™t even aware of.

Weā€™ve seen what happened to high elves that consumed actual fel juice, you can kill them as trash mobs in SWP.

But sure, you keep telling yourself that a green glow caused by some magic in the air (and that was certainly not love) changed their race. I guess Valeera Sanguinar is a different race since for a moment, her eyes turned purple because she absorbed the magic from a Naga trident once.

Also, before I get too much into it.

Why, because you pretend that you think you know everything about the lore, but then ignore parts that you disagree with? For example, the part that Blood Elves do not recognized themselves as High Elves, not do consider themselves High Elves anymore?

Darn those goblins. Way too charming to even be mad.

Also, can I get a source on that whole addicted to fel thing for the Belves. Cause, Iā€™m not finding it anywhere except for a small number of the ones that went to Outlands during BC. Is this wrong? Cause then WoWpedia and some other sites need to be updated.

I still hate that trade prince. But I do love my goblins.

Nightborn are more changed, but the concept is the same, Bloodelves are both physically and culturally a seperate thing to High elves. While we are very VERY similar, and definitly the same species, we are not the same race anymore, theres a clear cut difference thats established and recognised in game and in lore.

People saying ā€˜bloodelves are high elvesā€™ are just being either ignorant, trolling or both. But either way they are not correct.

Donā€™t worry Gallywix is gone he went with Sylvanas apparently we got a new Goblin (canā€™t remember his name) but yeah heā€™s gone thankfully

Bruh, itā€™s not even morning here and youā€™re blinding me with all that projection.

Per Wowpedia, there is no physiological difference between a high elf and a blood elf and the old difference is political. Do you have any information that says differently. Iā€™ve always thought this, but Iā€™m willing to change my mind if we can get some backing on it.

Those crystals that radiated fel magicā€¦ So, they have green eyes because of fel magic, which is EXACTLY WHAT I SAID
The ones who turned into fel elves are the ones who had an even grater exposure to fel magic. (just like fel orcs had more exposure to fel than green orcs)

Iā€™m going to have to disagree. Blood Elves, Void Elves, and High Elves. They are all the same race. Even back in the days of having the Warcraft Encyclopedia on the World of Warcraft website, it said that Blood Elves and High Elves are physically the same race.

The difference is clearly shown in game is that both Blood and High, as well as Void, theyā€™re all shown as different groups. Not different races.

Thank you Jesus for answering my prayers. I always hated Gallywix.

I canā€™t tell are trying to support the high elf threads

Or are you just angry because people keep saying they are the same race?

Itā€™s ya boi, Gazlowe.

I know heā€™s done stupid things but that may be the stupidest thing heā€™s ever done.

Blood elves have green or yellow eyes. High elves have blue eyes. Itā€™s a physical difference, a minor one but it is there, and its a difference that happend due to an evolutionary process that canā€™t be reversed, as confirmed by Ion.
The cultural difference is more significant, but the physical difference of eye colour is still present too and lets us tell them appart by looking at them.

Ah yes thatā€™s right! Thanks

Lol yeah I canā€™t disagree there but she probably offered him more money than anyone else on Azeroth would be willing to

Uh-huh.

They did not consume it to the point where it would change them to a biological level. I mentioned Valeera for a reason, because she went through the exact same thing, only temporarily. Is she a new race now?

No?

Even the official sources, as someone just mentitoned, say they are not different.

Soā€¦ are you gonna make me take another shot with more headcanon?
