Blizzard gave you all 3 phases to play wsg/ab without premades. Solo players didn’t do that. They were all in av because they’re after rewards, not playing for fun.
Solo players just wanted premades gone to lose less, they proved it themselves.
“Casual” players play in premades too. Casuals group for literally anything and everything in wow, and you’re going to somehow try to convince yourself they don’t group for pvp?
Anyone solo queing has no right to complain, as you know what to expect - games with no healers, people who throw games, people who don’t play objective, and overall less coordination
You need coordination to beat raid content, why should pvp be any different?
The fact that it is this bad shows that having faction specific classes is a bad idea. Actually we already knew this because the first chance blizzard got they fixed this problem. Its funny how horde get a 2-3x as easy honor farm in a casual pug environment.
They don’t know their player base. Solo pugs have been wanting to play each other in their own thing since forever. We had it for one day in Phase 2, then the premades complained about their queues times. The next day, premade queues were instant, and solo queues went to 45mins+. Aggrend wrote a dissertation explaining basically how his vision for the game is premades, so he wants to facilitate that (at the expense of pugs).
I imagine aggrend just heard that classic was more social so thought that meant premades.
Hopefully they get someone who understands the playerbase one day.
