Blizzard - Do you even read these bug reports?

Blizzard do you read any of these bug reports? Do you bother to fix them? See the link to the “Predator title in Tanaan Jungle” report post below. It’s been broken since at least the TWW was release. Many of us have done the Reputation Grind and other achievements to finally get the title and the final mob is not spawning. Can you PLEASE fix this bug or at the least confirm that Xemirkol is spawning as normal, so we can stop wasting our time. We keep putting in game bug reports.

So I have read every single thing I could find about this rare and still cannot understand what is wrong. I have been exalted with Order of the Awakened for ages and I have also had the Jungle Stalker achievement for a long time. I purchased the Master Hunter’s Seeking Crystal (the Epic one) and I have been using it every 15m for over 5 hours now. I have re-killed every single rare in the entire zone aside from Rendrak and High Priest Ikzan and still; nothing. I can see that neither of them ar…

Agreed! Very sad about not being able to get this after doing all the work.

I’m sure QA reads every bug report and puts each into the bug tracking/work ticket system so that the developers are aware of the bug and can work on it when priorities allow.

But this is where the problem lies. Bugs are a lower priority than new content unless the bug is in very recent content and affecting a lot of players. Blizzard simply will not hire enough devs to work through the bug backlog and do new content development at the same time, and new content is the only thing that’s required by the executives, so that’s the only thing done 99% of the time.

So lecturing QA, who are the only Blizzard people reading here, is pointless, because QA has zero input on developer priorities.

Which is mildly hilarious, considering most ticket responses I see people post have a GM literally saying to post in bug reports so the developers can get the issue lol.

Sure, because the GMs can’t do anything about bug-related in-game issues unless the devs see the bug report and have the opportunity to study it enough to authorize GM action. For a lot of issues, without dev blessing, GMs have a 0% chance of helping. You have a 1% chance of getting dev attention and GM authorization, so that’s like a whole percent better chance.

Most times, it’s really just the GM’s officially sanctioned way of saying “sorry, out of my hands, nothing I can do.”

Iv spent days hunting and failing to locate Xemirkol with the master hunter’s seeking crystal. Spent a lot of time earing the reputation to even attempt the hunt aswell.
I suspect that there might be a bug or problem with the crystal’s ability to phase into Xemirkol itself. Though it could simply not have spawned all together… I’d love to see this fixed.

Still waiting on them to fix my Coffer Key Shards reward from two weeks ago, so they probably don’t.
