https://joemultiboxer.com/ or just let the multiboxers upset your client base. Do what you must, ignore us if you must. Screw us when we fuss.

ā€˜do something’

reeeeeeeee.

They did something. They banned input broadcasting. So no longer will 1 action control multiple characters actions. What more would you like them to do? What line in the sand rule can they make for you to be happy?

ā€œDo somethingā€?
Like Hectoor said, they already DID do something.
They should do something about the vile and abusive players telling people to ā€œkill themselvesā€ instead. Or the Twitch streamers inciting mass-reporting and harassment of players for no reason. Or the countless other examples of toxic behavior directed at anyone, not just multiboxers.

Multiboxing is specifically stated to not be against Blizzard’s EULA and that program DOES NOT violate the updated policy that prohibits INPUT BROADCASTING.

This is ridiculous.

Just because you don’t like it, doesn’t mean it’s against TOS.

I abide by TOS and get threats and horrible messages daily.

lmao you obviously didn’t read the article op linked.

Like the front page there says:

No Input Broadcasting

Joe Multiboxer does not send inputs to the game. Input hooks can be added to swap windows when keys are released after you press them via JMB Input Hook Example Agent

It’s designed to work around Blizzard detection system that was just implemented.

this one doesn’t use input broadcasting so…

As said above, multiboxing isn’t against the rules, input broadcasting is.

There are other software options than the paid one above, safe( r) and free too, for instance:

Generic like Microsoft Power Toys fancy zones https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys

Specialized like Wow Open Box
https://github.com/WowOpenBox/WowOpenBox#wowopenbox

LOL Just read that, and I was thinking to my self… well that’s a lawyer answer for sure.

It is designed to work within the rules and not around the detection system. Its a nitpick, but a rather important one.

No it dose not there is No input broadcasting in it so…

I’m honestly not 100% sure this isn’t just a clever advertisement for the software… which would definitely be against TOS

Could we get some official response, please? This is not a good look currently.

What official response are you asking for? What isn’t a good look?

They banned input broadcasting. This does not use broadcasting. I’m pretty sure OP is just advertising the software tbh.

One less dismissive than you probably.

You’ll get even less than that. Because you’re not going to get a response period, dismissive or otherwise, because there’s nothing to address.

A bit vague but I’ll take it I guess?
