Well, see… thanks to this thread my issue is getting more attention. Thank you for the OP and community. I truly appreciate it.

It will until it goes 404 because it highlights a huge problem with the company. Best way to sweep under the rug are to delete the threads.

Just to follow up, the CS forum thread was updated with an answer for Guthild. It was not ignored, and was escalated. Should now be resolved. It was not, as was suggested, “404ed”.

This should be resolved. There was an issue with that character that had to be sent up to techs to resolve. Thankfully, that’s rare.

That character is deleted. If YOU are still seeing it another proper reset UI is in order.

The initial issue is we couldn’t see it in our tools either. That’s how we knew something far more was going on than normal.

Not saying the CS they have now is great, because it is not, but the Forum Support Agents are a pretty solid source for getting help navigating what is left of CS.
