That’s not a lie, it is choosing not to engage with someone who is discussing in bad faith and being disrespectful from the get-go. Yes, I can get fed up and frustrated when I’m being dismissed with no consideration, I’m actually explaining the same problems here, and yet you choose to continue. Generally, I would have started trolling already, but I am showing that there is a reason here. Continue to be dismissive, when you have issues one day after 2 decades of support, maybe you’ll think differently…
What does any of that have to do with your Customer Support issue?
Forum profiles just keep people from seeing “typing now” type things. You can still look up anything about a poster’s history using Google or the standard Blizz Armory.
I don’t get it. What issue did you have with the game that CS could not help you with? Did you ask on the CS forum for clarification on what support could do? If someone wants a Blue answer, it is sitting right there every day and most threads get a Blue response if they have more to add.
Thank you for the gaslighting. It was a new main after quitting the game for a season, as my buddy was coming back to the game on the opposing faction and I was joining him. In two weeks I went from 60-70 (starting from Shadowlands), and noticed the npc didn’t have the schematic well before Renown 9. In case it appeared when I got there, I kept working at it. Another week or so later, Renown 9, and still no schematic.
As for the cost, you’re conveniently leaving out how much it costs to level engineering. Consider the amount of ingredients to acquire the skill points, which are required to unlock the specializations, within which are the nodes for reducing likelihood of malfunction with tinkers/bombs. Plus the time it takes to accrue the amount of knowledge points required to hit those nodes. I’d purchased a token and had been excitedly pushing to get everything so that I could start playing with my buddy asap. Since, as you said, schematics don’t usually disappear and I must be missing something.
Since it was less than a month, I was able to check item return services and could see every item I received/sold since I left Ardenweald and it’s not there. As I’m not a total scrub I do know how to scroll down just a little further to see the locations of learned/unlearned recipes. It’s not there. It does not exist in my bank, in my bags, on the vendor, or anywhere else.
My char from season 1 has it, and for an experiment I unlearned it. It immediately reappeared in the vendors inventory. So if my other char doesn’t have it, and the vendor doesn’t have it, who does?
Try, if you can, to believe that in this instance, it went “poof”.
it seems the only reason you think it’s broken, is because a GM didn’t bow to your demands for a mystery issue.
i don’t think i’ve been disrespectful… sorry if it’s come across that way.
i’m absolutely not arguing in bad faith.
if that was the case, i wouldn’t have asked for specifics.
your failure to elaborate, makes you the one who is arguing in bad faith.
your argument is “the thing is bad, and i’m not going to say why”.
which companies have this volume of clients, and don’t use automated systems?
I wouldn’t expect to get an answer. They just want to be mad.
I’ve put in a lot of tickets over the past almost two decades. A LOT. Especially more recently. I’ve never had an issue. I get one template response, I resubmit if nothing in the links help, I get an answer. There have been a couple of times where it took a third ticket to get an answer to the correct problem, but I got an apology for the misunderstanding and don’t much care once the issue was addressed.
Half the time they couldn’t do anything for me. So it’s not as if they’ve been able to fix every problem I’ve had, either. But I got responses as to why.
Most people I know have had similar experiences. The times I’ve found people can’t get the help they need, is because they aren’t giving succinct information about what the problem is or they’re just yelling or raging. Then they get more mad and nothing gets solved.
People need to learn to use the Customer Support forum more to their advantage. If nothing else, it at least will get them the correct ticket path.
i just checked mine, and am only able to view 2 tickets, and they’re archived.
it’ll only let me see the content of one, which was a “dc on login, tried character move. issue persists”
they replied that they’d moved me to Desolace.
i think every character i’ve taken through Draenor has had the issue of “maximum archaeology fragments obtained from mission table” issue.
If they lose a customer here and there, they get replaced by someone else. Losing 100 customers vs the money they are saving going overseas makes the ratio worth it. Not saying its right, but how you feel vs the money they save to them means it doesn’t matter or they wouldn’t be doing it.
Just ignore that guy. He is a hardcore forum troll who goes out of his way to pick fights with anyone and everyone.
He just wants to bait you into another one of his trolling rants. See he tried with me and i just ignored him? yea that is literally all that poster does. I just don’t bother to reply to the little fella. I dont block anyone ever. I just quit replying when they begin to annoy me and seeing as how he goes out of his way to try and antagonize anyone who doesn’t have alot of posts here, he’s not really worth your time.
