Instead of making a dragon humanoid, I think Blizzard could have just allowed us to play dragons. They could have customizable colors, scales, fins, wings etc. Wouldn’t have to worry about fitting all the armor and weapons to them, they could just use bite and claw like druid classes but with a breath weapon. All the playable races don’t have to always be humanoids I love running around as a spider in Lotr.

Agreed, I’ve suggested such as well. Seems like it would’ve hit a much more interesting fantasy.
At this point, all we can really hope for is they’ll offer us a “male/body-type 2” counterpart that leans a little more draconic looking.
Deathwing in Hots is my favorite character. Followed by Brightwing.
I would have switched to the new race in a heartbeat if I could have played the DW breath build in WoW on an actual dragon.
Now I’m thinking how fun tanking on a dragon would be.
