Funny thing, I logged in to play my rogue to see what the kingsbane nerf looked like and I noticed that my damage across the board to player targets has been reduced.
Bleeds came down an average of 10k/tick.
Ambush/Mutilate down roughly 30%+ (Ambush hitting 30-40k, used to be 50-70k)
Envenom down 40% (100k-120k was regular, now 40-60)
Serrated bone spike hitting 30k max when it used to be 50-60k
Last week prior to the update patch that had no tuning notes attached Kingsbane was hitting 280-310k, ticking for 60-80k on players with 800k-1m Hp. After that patch it was down at 158, ticks for 50k max hit. Today it hits for barley 100k and ticks for 30-40k.
Can’t wait to see what they actually did to sub/outlaw and unholy.

The other option is the player base quits en mass like 10.07 post ret rework or 10.1-10.2 when it was ret/warrior meta for all but 3 weeks at the start of s2 when casters were good.

The training dummy has different values than players do though, my Festering Wounds do 14-20k on dummy, 40-60+ on player targets during cds. Same circumstances. Clawing Shadows hits the dummy for 200k+, on players the biggest hit I’ve seen this season was 140k.
Kingsbane on the pvp dummy hits 360k post nerfs. Exact same sequence of cd’s and mods used resulted in the number you see on the OP regarding Kingsbane.
