Nothing crazy happen, but just bought a SUB for the first time in half of year since i’d always just buy my game time through wow tokens with my own gold. But i paid for a sub and showed up on my banking app and all but then said it was canceled and i got refund but still have the game time since i know i was down to one day, weird.
I’d ask in the Customer Support forum. They might have a better answer for you.

Did you accidentally double click on the “purchase” page and they just refunded the additional one?
Yep. You can move your topic over there yourself by editing and then changing it to Customer Support from the drop down menu.

Probably a glitch. I’m sure their system isnt used to people renewing subs anymore out of nowhere.

Did you steal someone’s Credit card op ? 
Happened to me too, but the charge went through again the next day, so I think they are verifying the bank account
