bzzzzzt wrong
I love how supposed blood elf fanatics use a term that would get their ears boxed by their idols.

referring to the race as a whole. blood elf is a badge of honor the high elves wear to honor their fallen people and homeland - metzen
Blood Elves honoring their fallen brothers and sisters by taking a name, none of them would be insulted by being called a High elf when they already honored their High elf loved ones.
How can anyone think it would be some kind of insult? It’s as if they’ve made up some kind of story in their minds that doesn’t exist in game.
‘Don’t ever call me a High elf because I just hate all my brothers and sisters who allowed themselves to get killed by Arthas’.
Exactly the silver covenant is an over glorified band of pirates
Not a single character in game or in the books has called a blood elf “high elf” when referring to them
The blood elves even fully acknowledge that they are no longer high elves.
They don’t have to say this for you to see that none of them address each other as high elves, and no other character in game addresses them as high elves either.
Try again.
Except they literally aren’t? High elves do not refer to themselves as blood elves and vice versa. This is just wrong lol
It’s literally nothing but a name change… high elves are blood elves period.
This it’s literally pointed out in the blood elf heritage quest
Blood elves used to be high elves. High elves are NOT blood elves and have never changed their name to blood elf lol.
“The high elves were once a significant force on the continent, but in recent times their numbers have been dramatically reduced: approximately 90% of their population was slaughtered during the [Third War] Following this, 90% of the surviving high elves changed their name to “[blood elves]” or sin’dorei (children of the blood in [Thalassian] in remembrance of their fallen brethren, and no longer consider themselves high elven.
However, a few high elves did not rename themselves blood elves. High elves and blood elves are physiologically the same race, and the difference between high and blood elves is only political. **When Quel’Thalas left the Alliance, some high elves chose to remain with their allies over their kingdom, and to this day still support the Alliance.”
There you go. You can stop trying now.
how so? Literally no contradictions there
Good News Everyone! Blue Eyes for Belfs and Velfs confirmed!
Top kek
I take reading isn’t your strong suit and you’d rather just meme by quoting very specific parts from my post. Typical

Yep it’s offical.
Blood elves are now a neutral race.
You’ll have to come up with something new to troll about. Best of luck in your future ventures.
Everything is fixed
Right and we still get our lovely golden hair
Not gonna lie, I’m feeling all kinds of good that my belf arms warrior will have blue eyes as an option. Dunno if I’ll ue them or not, but it’s nice to know that the option is there
And, the sunwell is also arcane magic, so blood elves get blue eyes too
whasup Drede? seems like blood elves got blue-eyes, like i said it make sense after all
they evolved as people, not as race, and since they will have blue eyes, i was right after all, that it only matters the magic they were using
blizzard came out and confirmed that only elves with a strong connection to the light get the golden eyes, so only paladins and priests.
normal elves would still just be green or blue, depending on their level of fel exposure.
Actually you where wrong up until that point. Since the exact phrasing was evolved past having blue eyes.
so good job using the new info that wasn’t out at the time of me posting that.
you misunderstanding his words isn’t rly the point here
