Good morning/evening I got issue with lfg I can’t create group lock by blizzard authenticator the phone number is a prepaid I didn’t use since WOD which got inactive as the sim card provider policy they resold the number on retail and own by another person who don’t care about helping me on that I also made a friend create my account and @wowgm are relying to tickets like bots they fix that same issue to remove it before now uhh I will return to the game after I set my business and I hate being stress about this kinda need help ASAP
If I’m understanding correctly you need to remove an authenticator you no longer have from your account? This area of the forum is players only so no one here can do anything about that. You need to talk to customer service.
