Thought it might be nice to have something different. I am not sure if I can include/embed images. Don’t think I have the requisite trust level. But if anyone else can feel free to do so.
(Can’t include links in my post…sorry )
Blizzard partnered with McFarlane Toys to produce figures for Warcraft and Diablo. I’ll try to be concise and brief with my thoughts…

The non-articulation doesn’t bother me. I don’t mind static figures. I generally am picky with articulated figures and prefer those that don’t have a lot of seams/visible joints.

The sculpts and paint application looks decent enough for the price at $30 a figure.

I like the concept of swappable stuff. Not really new for figures. But that’s also where the first gripe I have comes in…

Some of the choices regarding class don’t work IMO. The Nightelf Druid/Rogue figure in particular feels off. Swapping the headpiece to the druid you still have daggers/knives and the pose still seems Rogue moreso than Druid.

The Human Warrior/Paladin and Orc Warrior/Shaman I feel are probably the best of the bunch. The Common ones in particular I prefer to the “Epic” or “Rare” variants. The paint scheme for the human is a blue and silver and the orc a green/red which gives me WC Orcs and Humans vibes.

I feel like these overall aside from those I mentioned above, miss the mark. I would much rather have had figures of recognizable characters. People aren’t going to want a generic class. They already have the character they play and would prefer a class based figure to look like their own character. i.e. Figureprints. I think the DC Unlimited figures they produced a while back were more successful. Hopefully we see more recognizable characters going forward.
