I re-sub and this is the first thing I get. Cannot launch from WoW folder because I need to update game first. FFS.

run the wow classic application in the world of warcraft classic folder. Have to login like the old days and type your authenticator numbers in but was able to get in… Battle net still borked though

Yeah, that method works IF your game is up to date. However, I haven’t played for a few months so the game isn’t up to date & you have to go through Battlenet to get the updates.

Is your WOW account info the same as your battle.net account info?

It looks like they’ve fixed whatever was wrong… i uninstalled the app when I first had the issue… when i went to reinstall it would get stuck at updating blizzard agent… just tried again and it worked… one thing to mention (not sure if this is why it worked) I did open task manager and “end task” over and over on the blizzard agent update… after a few of those it just installed and everything works
