Anyone else getting aggressively angry with vault loot this season. I know people who do enough for one mythic chance rocking full mythic now. Its bad enough its only out of +10s now instead of +8.
But I also know people maxing out vault and getting nothing for 2+ months with a stockpile of tokens.
Looking around on social it seams to be the normal this season you pretty much raid mythic to get loot or you don’t mythic cap this season.
The vault RNG is completely broken, for some classes getting tank loot for dps etc.
Was better at season launch honestly when Delvs gave ok vault loot at least.
But I know people and streamers so fed up they are taking a break till next season or next event. No reason to kill yourself pushing if Blizz broke the vault and you get no progress for months no matter how hard you roll and push.
For classes who cant get 10s more than a few times a week due to meta this is a horrible fate, and demoralizing.
No, I would never get madge over a video game and silly numbers in that game.
Yup, being told you cant engage with the esports aspect until you collect enough weekly lootboxes you cannot play around is the current downfall of this game.
Gee, it was better when people had less gear and therefore a larger chance of getting an upgrade. Shocking

Probability of getting the right item decreases as your slots fill up, shock horror.
Why would I get mad? If there’s no upgrade I just take tokens or sockets and get a power increase anyway.

RNG is RNG. The Vault is bonus loot, so if you want more myth track gear, join a mythic raiding guild.
Between vault and crafted gear, you can hit within a hair’s edge of 639, so you definitely can “cap” this season.
You only get “tank” loot if your loot spec is set to tank.
The Vault isn’t broken.
- Run your own key
- Make some friends and run their keys
- Join a guild and run their keys
- Join a community and run their keys
- Realize you’re a dime a dozen and don’t take personal offense when you aren’t picked for a group
No, I got my portals and Zekvir pretty early and I’m just chilling and doing my alts and enjoying the game.
Pretty standard, yeah. Mythic raiding tends to be required to get to bis gear.
This hasn’t changed.
the only problem is it used to be considered a free bonus chance at loot. now they all want a guarantee…

Meh, it’s worth noting that vault loot replaced the bonus rolls in raids. It replaced the weekly cache in M+dungeons.
the guy making the complaint still has 7s, 16s are not an issue
there were people timing 12s at like 615 ilvl or something. he’s 631 and saying he can’t do keys above a +7 because the vault won’t let him gear up
We didn’t even have a bonus vault until BFA.
Now we have a bonus that gives us one extra piece a week, and people are whining about it 
yeah for sure, but it was still a chance at an upgrade. this is why there isnt those bullion vendors in the game. and lets be real, those old forms and the vault are all really just spin the wheel to see if you won, but no one wins all the time. i dont like the vault either tbh but its more bc i dont really feel like loot in this game is pure rng, personally. i could be wrong
I’m getting random amounts of 1 to 3 vault reward per week on 5-6 toons depending on how much I play, I didn’t notice anything super weird about it.
The people timing 12s first few weeks of the season are premades who play with each season. They dont have to worry about being invited to groups lol.
The fact is if you are trying to pug high keys and get into bleeding edge endgame content this season is extremely frustrating to try and catch up unless you raid mythic and get funneled.
