Sure it is, same faction BG’s were just a retail feature added to an existing system that was in place for arena anyways. The scope of what’s being discussed for wrath most definitely exceed that.
If #somechanges bothers you, then yeah, my best advice would be looking into other games.
Except that’s what the intention of Classic was - to be warts and all.
We don’t even have the full details of that, so calling in M+ or radically different is jumping the gun too early. Next.
I didn’t call it M+. I’m saying it’s a system similar to M+, which was a big reason I stopped playing retail.
Yeah, a lot of players were waiting for drums in TBC too, and look at how that turned out. Moving on…
I don’t think anyone was sad they changed drums.
The point here is that Blizzard has been making changes throughout Classic’s entire lifespan. If you had an issue with changes, the time to act was about 3 years ago.
They’ve never put in changes, other than same faction BGs, that were so contentious and overall disliked. Nothing changed about same faction BGs, but there’s a much greater chance that they go back on their LFD decision since it’s far more than 50-60% of the population that want it reverted.
Havn’t seen zipzo in a few days, did he finally get sent to a gulag irl or something?

Except that hasn’t been the intention of Classic for several years now. Did you miss the part where we embraced #somechanges?
I didn’t call it M+. I’m saying it’s a system similar to M+
How is it similar when we don’t know what it is or if it’s even going to exist? We know next to nothing about it.
I don’t think
Your negligence towards the forum’ sentiments regarding certain changes is just further proof that you only care about changes that you have personal stakes in.
They’ve never put in changes, other than same faction BGs
It’s always a sign of good faith to say “They never did X, except in the case of Y… and Z… and ABCDE…”
Nothing changed about same faction BGs, but there’s a much greater chance that they go back on their LFD decision since it’s far more than 50-60% of the population that want it reverted
I find your hopeful vigor to be endearing, but a little misplaced. There’s no reason for them to go back on it when that “50-60%” that you have zero source for is still subscribed anyway.
did he finally get sent to a gulag irl or something?
This is completely inappropriate.
ur inappropriate
It splits the playerbase between different party forming channels, and at worst, leads the playerbase to simply pick the more efficient one, making one of them pointless, leaving those who prefer it screwed.
With everyone using the same method, the party forming community is centralized in one place.
Which is why you use a RDF locked to the server.
Definitely not my fault
I wonder if Brian reads the forums
Since most of what Bloomsday writes eerily smells of Zipzo, me thinks there was a switch.
in order for the game to play the way you want all players must play that way.
You really think you’re being insightful when you say this, don’t you?
Yes, for a game to be as I like it, other people who don’t like the game that way will be unhappy playing said game.
Like, the sky is also blue and grass is also green. Thanks Socrates for your profound contribution…
You stated having alternate choice would make your preference obsolete by splitting the player base. Doesn’t that feeling tell you something.
Yes, it tells me what we all already know to be fact, that a player base will immediately default to the path of least resistance, and this goes strictly against a desire to play a game that I’d like to see air on the methods that increase resistance as opposed to decrease.
The player base is already split. Not everyone wants to play the game like you and many others.
It’s a good thing you aren’t forced to.
Trouble is, forcing everyone into an already broken and manipulated system (LFG)
Opinion, and again, you aren’t “forced” to do anything.
It merely allows elitest more control over gameplay.
You pretty much have no basis for this claim other than purely whimsical exaggeration.
Elitest who constantly say, " Go find a different game" or “Go play retail”. The person that just wants to escape life for a few hours is forced into a rigid hierarchy that is detrimental to the very community so many espouse to defend.
It’s called “trying to save you time”.
Why put yourself through the pain and suffering when you can just play a game that is to your taste? Then I don’t have to see your belly-aching, you play a game that makes you happier, and we all are just having a better day?
