-Momentum is fine, most DH’s are just either bad or lazy.
-Don’t bring back sinful brand. It’s a boring ST dot.
-Fodder is fine, QoL changes are appreciated but a rework isn’t necessary.

I think people dislike it no matter your perception on their skill. Changes are needed.

Maybe you are lucky and the raid leader caters their whole strategy around your need to pinball or pingpong around the boss room, but for the rest of us mere mortals… Raid Strats, mechanical responsibilities, and group positionings are more often the inhibitors of the spec.
On a personal note, I absolutely despise momentum. I despised it when DH came out, I despised it in BfA… etc. It is, objectively, a terrible talent that shouldn’t be able to carry the dps weight it does.
For those who like it? Gratz, all the best, I have nothing against you. But don’t go making the mistake of opening your mouth and idiotically proclaiming that you know what ALL THE OTHER DH’s problems are regarding the spec. Don’t speak for me, at minimum.

Momentum is terrible for pve.
Anyway, please, define who are bad DHs and who are good ones.
Dont tell me whoever agrees with you is good and the ones disagreeing are downbad.
The thing is, even playing this talent Havoc isn’t stellar in terms of throughput by any means. We’re good at one thing, AoE bursting adds with EB and EssB.
The rest we’re either average (sustained AoE, look at Council logs) or flat out bad (ST, look at Terros).
For the complexity and risk Momentum carries, the rewards are not even remotely close to call the trade fair.

Remove fodder (remove all soul based mechanics for havoc and Veng)
Remove momentum (at this point it’s not even the momentum that people actually liked)
Remove demonic (this has held meta back from being a good cd for 3 expansions)
How is fel barrage even a talent still

It most certainly isn’t. Should be replaced by something you can control, like a cooldown. Fodder itself sucks.
