“too many deaths in the raid could mean your team earns nothing at all.” do you really think players are going to stick around and spend time in a seasonal raid to have 1 or 2 people eff up which can/will ruin whole groups for the week? you need to be a lot more specific with this and most likely ditch this mechanic, its going to waste way too much time for people on top of respawning mobs.

Let’s not loose our mind on some cryptic mechanic and stay strong in the fact that we will all get the loots we deserve. No phase has failed to deliver an easy access to end-game gear so far, no reason for it to begin now.
And if it did, a unified outcry from the community will rise and the situation will be fixed before the end of the first week’s release.

the funny thing is, if vanilla wow had a mechanic like this, no one would complain, the player base has changed, this is why classic+ is impossible to make

Lucky for you it’s totally optional! No one is forcing you to do the hard mode version of AQ. If you can’t handle the hard mode that’s totally fine! You can just set it to default and move on

They might as well not even bother with naxx if all p6 is, is aq and “aq but if you die too much you get no loot”.
Blizz direct on 11/13 or not, it makes absolutely zero sense to market sod as classic plus, deliberately state there would be new and unused content, only to then gradually give us less and less of anything other than era to the Point that the p6 announcement is literally just a blog post about AQ.
Just end the season if the resources going to sod have dwindled this much
