All ground only should have the option to fly.
I never use mine anymore as they cannot fly.
At this point I sort of agree? The advant of universal dynamic flight use has seen me benching my ground mounts totally in favor of keeping the DFlight mount for the bulk of travel and the SFlight mount for the rare nuanced situation where SFlight is advantageous over DFlight.
Both can act as a ground mount, as can my swimming mount. The cruel calculus of hotbar economy has seen my beloved elekk Minka benched for the first time.
Let that elephant fly.
It’s better that not all mounts fly, because Blizzard would give them all swim animations to be lazy and won’t be able to use them for dragon flying next expansion.
If they consider not being lazy and give all mounts wings to fly I’ll say sure, because I really want to fly my unicorns next expansion using dragon riding.
Considering the unicorn looking mounts from SL are able to fly, I’ve waiting and hoping they’d eventually let the undead looking ones from SL fly as well. Maybe someday…
