How is it every time we go into a new patch - 20 mins after launch there is a wow post about something being bugged , As someone who works in IT - this is inexcusable .
If we made changes and pushed it out to Production and there were issues we would be reemed by the Client .
YOU have a Qual environment set up and it mirrors your production environment . Any issues encountered would be seen here and you can test / fix so when you roll out to Prod its not an issue .
Yet every patch now blizz rolls out there are Major issues . so they are either not testing everything or there Qual environment is crap .
As of writing this , the new scenario the end boss is bugged ( How was this not picked up - YOU TEST THIS )
Auction House is bugged and not opening . Same with the Vault
ABSOLUETLEY USELESS and we still pay a sub for this crap
