Thanks for chiming in. It’s great to see higher-skill players jumping in with their opinions here.
That list of modifiers you listed is nuts and exactly the problem in my opinion. If you don’t have 1/3 of that up you’re minimizing the amount of output you have (obviously) and for someone at my skill level I’ll absolutely forget some of those things, even with all of the practice I’m putting in - and that’s not even factoring things like Darkest Night, etc.
I try to go into an Arena with a plan but I always think of Mike Tyson’s quote because it happens more often than not: “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.”

Yea! No problem! It just aint enjoyable right now with how the game is played… they need to go back to thier roots and MINIMIZE the amount of modifiers… just buff the abilities without having any modification. And then tweek from there. It will be way easier to balance out the game. I also think making the stuns longer or back to how there were in SL would also be better. Punish those that trinket to early

Some modifiers is okay because Rogues are all about planning and set up for all three specs. Rogues are definitely not Warriors!
But I think they might have taken it too far with Sub.

I’m actually having a ton of fun with the class still believe it or not. I keep going back to it, wanting to get better and get the most out of it.
I don’t know why, it’s just a blast to play. Reminds me a little of a Blue MTG control deck a bit I suppose. I’ll strive to get better and maybe when things get fixed I’ll have a leg-up on playing it when it becomes FOTM.
Or if it doesn’t get fixed maybe I’ll either eventually get a solid rotation down or just get more comfortable with losing all the time
