They are both absolutely the worst thing that’s happened to m+ in lower keys. Gearing an alt In pugs with these affixes are just completely excruciatingly infuriating. I can last for a key or two soloing the affix before my mind starts to melt.

Theyre not going to know about the affixes being new, to be attracted or opposed

It won’t. You’re just telling them groups are so bad they need 5 redundancies to be able to complete the dungeon. Do you also ask for 5 brez and 5 lust groups?
These are affixes that actually get easier at higher key levels. That is not how affixes are supposed to work. They are a complete and utter failure. It’s like explosive just worse.

it gets easier because players know how to deal with them or will build their group around dealing with them

you should know this since you’re at 3k+
i don’t get why you’re trying to act as if it’s not the case, unless it’s just “i don’t like these mechanics at their core” in which case

Afflicted actually seems like a great affix to introduce new players with.
they aren’t meant to be easy, they are meant to add an extra mechanic/challenge. This is a learn to play issue.
