Blizz, I am begging. Please give Balance some new forms

I’ve mained a Druid for most of my time in this game. In that time I’ve been almost exclusively Balance for solo and Resto for raiding/pvp. Tree form is gone now, and the only options we have for Balance are Moonkin or Sparkle Cow/Troll.

Even just some customization options for the existing forms like cat and bear have would be an improvement. Horde side there is some variety in Troll and Zandalari Troll forms but Tauren have basically nothing. NE and Worgen are in the same boat.

On other classes if we get tired of our appearance we can go to the barbershop, change our mog etc., but for Druids that doesn’t have the same impact since we spend so much time in our forms. I’ve been staring at the back of the same form since BC and it is getting so stale.

I wish they’d at the very least add a new boomkin form for every covenant. They add all of these armors and xmog and druids never see any of it. Kyrian members getting a little owl guy form, Venthyr members getting a gargoyle or something, etc. would be a nice touch. Boomies need some love.

We really do. I, like everyone else, loved the Moonkin form at first because it was funny and people always wanted to dance with me. But after 10+ years the novelty has long since worn off. Glyph of Stars is ok but it doesn’t feel very “Druid like” to me.

I would be on board for this. Something that we can carry on besides the armor and weapons we won’t see in form.

It is quite sad… I would be happy with limited mog shown… like shoulders and maybe helm. I want my armored form to be constant.

I barely even bother doing mogs at all with this character because the only time I’m out of forms is places like the auction house etc.

I’m not a Boomie player, but I’d be happy with the Incarn version of the Boomchicken. I like how that looks

As much as I love moonkin, I would love to see it get some love with more armored forms. At least the Incarnation form already has assets in, plus they could do what they did with the Feral and Guardian Incarnation talents and turn them into the basic yellow circles.

Balance doesn’t need a form. The human form has so many options. You can choose your appearance with such detail that you could make yourself look unique.

If you don’t want any form for a druid spec, then you may as well not even bother playing the class. Druid is a transformation class, and that should be embraced, not shunned.

…unless you’re trolling, in which case, well done, good bait.

Considering we don’t get a form for Balance for the first 15 levels, you’re not wrong.

But considering our multi-role capabilities and the forms are used as a stance and separates those abilities, I’d say you’re also not quite right.

I’d like if our non-form selves could be as strong as the boomie form because I don’t really like that one. Just want the 10% damage boost and whatever to go away or also be applied out of form, too.

This character and my older Tauren druid use the Glyph of Stars for that reason, which seems more solid than it used to. My Kul Tiran and Zandalari Druids keep their Moonkin forms because I think wicker-man and pterasaur-person are cool models for them.

I also like that I can more easily swap between the moonkin form so I have more room for damage and healing spells instead of bunching them up like I do for my Shamen.

I occasionally use the glyph but I’m not a huge fan of it, mostly because part of what drew me to this class in the first place was the forms and shapeshifting, so the glyph just feels awkward to me.

Feral = Cat
Guardian = Bear
Healer = Human

Balance = Another animal? Even if you decided to choose an animal, how did you come to the conclusion that it should be THAT one? The Astral form makes more sense than any animal. You guys running around like fat chickens are hilarious. An Astral Cow on 2 legs is funny too by the way.
