I made a dracthyr and left it with just bracers and what passes for boots.
It doesn’t look naked. It looks like it’s wearing a metal onesie.

Considering that most other MMORPGs have way sexier outfits, I would be shocked if Blizzard decided to cover us up even more than it already does.
If anything our outfits should be more revealing, if that’s what we want (and a lot of us do!).

The druid tier pants (which you can get the transmog for from Stunraan if you’re a leather-wearing non-druid) sit extremely low; I think they’re possibly the lowest sitting pants in the game
