Voicing a frustration and a responsive action to a frustration not being addressed is done for the sake of showing they have a voice and a way to reach others with their grievances. They don’t have to have a need for attention or a reaction. They could be doing this just speak out because they have the platform.

Nobody is making these posts hoping that the company begs them to come back. They’re making the posts in the hope that the company actually reads it and starts to realize a trend.

Ah, it would seem if they made a stance they would delete the entire Battle NET account, not just the sub. But I guess if they are paying for the sub that would stop the money from flowing unless they are loot box nutty .

It has in the past. This last time when I cancelled (a few weeks ago), there was an actual survey. If my sub wasn’t already cancelled (due to sheer boredom)’ I would’ve for sure cancelled over this latest self-inflicted stupidity.
Virtually every half decent company in the world has a feedback program to let them know how they are doing to improve their own business quality and success. I quit posts are feedback whether you see that or wish to remain blind to it is up to you. The place to leave said feedback is these forums. If people stopped buying your products would it not be wise to know why?
