I’m a U.S. citizen who served eight years for the DoD, fought in three campaigns. I’ve been a fan of Blizzard since 1996.
Blizzard needs to realize that they are a U.S. company first and foremost. If they start taking sides with the #1 enemy of the free world (The Chinese Communist Party), who has committed more human rights violations and atrocities than any one nation in modern history, there will be bad consequences.
Blizzard needs to stay the F out of geopolitical issues and just entertain people. If they cross that line, their company will diminish considerably.
BLIZZARD: you are a U.S. company first and foremost. Don’t forget that.

This is the situation of HK, for those of you that still think it’s a peaceful protest for democracy, this is the sad reality for you. We are living in a war zone that might not end anytime soon.

Democracy and freedom isn’t often won through peaceful protest alone. The USA didn’t win its independence from British rule through peaceful protest - they fought against those they considered oppressors. HK is amazingly peaceful in comparison to the way most countries finally achieve democracy.

Not because they’re announcing new shirt for their games. Because of the shirt that’s gonna go down there. I’m telling ya. There will be protests at BlizzCon which will make headlines. Because Blizz has been for awhile now bending the knee, kissing the ring, suckling on the teet of Communist China and recent news has only red pilled more people is to boycotting Blizzard.

Doubt it. That’s a whole month away. The Internet’s collective attention span doesn’t last that long.

You’re probably right… but hell, most things don’t survive a 24 hour news cycle… this thing got 5x bigger in 24 hours.

I would probably think carefully about betting that this won’t be a thing a month from now. Hell, people still give Blizz crap about Diablo Immortal and the disparity between the potential audience of these two stories is staggering.

That came with a handy meme, though, that’s different. Memes are eternal.

Never put money against the Internet being able to turn something into a meme when it wants to.

I certainly hope so. Blizzard crossed a line, and until they backpedal on this they deserve more and more negative PR.

Grow a brain cell for the sake of everyone on this forum.

You’re too much of an idiot to understand that they’re reaping what they sowed from willingly signing on with an authoritarian dictatorship. Newsflash: no one HAS to sell their games to China. They wanted the money, so now they get exactly what’s coming to them.

Do you think they will make it?? It’ll take a miracle!

Unfortunatly. Acti-Blizz doesn’t like swear words. After all, gotta bend the knee to the Globalist Marxist Authoritarians.
