I can’t even change characters in the forums now. I’m stuck on a level 10 alt and Getting the 500 error. Came here to see if it was reported and it sounds like it’s known.

Which character are you having difficulty loading? The Warrior you posted on seems to load without issues.
I can not change characters either.
my weapon appearances won’t even update
I have a Shaman on the Server Maiev named Roknik that doesn’t even show up. Its level 60 and I’ve been playing it for a while and doesnt show up on the armory at all.
Even though my characters are showing up more often than not, the armory is also taking forever to update anything.
This character won’t update armory after server transfer.
This character armory won’t update after race change.
Changed my hunter to a void elf, with new name.
Changed my lock to my old hunters race (dorf) and name.
Now my lock shows a pic of a hunter, and my hunter has no picture at all.
This is a new character it will only display the slots and not the actual picture of the character.
I’m in the same boat as you. I have two new characters, both above level 30, and still no character portraits on the Forums.
Have you seen the top 10 posts here? Quite a few are about the armory not refreshing peoples characters, showing old gear, black silhouettes where a character should be, icons not loading on the forums, etc.
