So with the announced 9.2 stuff, specifically Zerith Mortis, the concept has been announced that the cypher system is being designed around the concept of making out door content harder, and the cypher system will be like Box of many things in Torghast where you have to interact with the cypher system get stronger to do the content. Why in the heck have you not learned that making overly complicated systems that you HAVE to interact with if you want to do the content turns away players who like things simple to understand, and not overly difficult?
How about, No, Blizzard. Some of use do not do Torghast for a reason; we don’t like it. Some of us don’t raid, M+, or PVP because those can be very stressful activities, and we play games to relieve stress, not add to it.
I don’t want the outdoor content to be harder; he the Maw is already too hard as it is and my main is sitting at 210 Ilvl. Why are you trying to design the game around players who want to no life the game and do really hard content? Have you ever heard of the acronym K.I.S.S.? Keep It Simple, Stupid. Why is that so hard to understand??
Some of us like that questing isn’t normally very hard. Some of us like to quest for the story, and collect Mogs, pets, mounts, etc. So the idea of making outdoor content harder than it already is, is a bad idea! Honestly you’re trying to design around the smallest population left playing; the hardcore players.
I’m not saying some players don’t want hard content! They have it already in the form of Raiding, M+, and PVP. Please respect those of us who enjoy being casual, and not make outdoor content any harder! Leave some stuff casual, or your Casuals are going to leave you, and I promise you there are far more casuals left than hard cores.
Screw it. Personally, I’ll just unsub again and go back to spending my time and money on Steam. They have better games, better prices, more content, and you’re not treated like you’re a problem for wanting to play games the way you want to.
