Please put the penalty on people who uses offline method to leave the m+.
They are abusing the system when things dont go like they want and rage quit going offline to avoid being penalized and others inside dung have to wait till timer goes off.

I would log a report because blizzard has no way to tell if they disconnect for a genuine reason or rage quit.
But I assume X player does this every game. The reports should stack up.
In any competitive game you are fully responsible for knowing what your current situation is like. If you expect constant dcs. You are responsible for that.
My time should not be tied up to someone who does not have a reliable connection. That is not my problem. That is your problem.
That is not my issue. That is yours issue. Your issues should not be tied up to my enjoyment.

Yes, that does sound fine. You are responsible for maintaining your connection. Sometimes you can get blindsided, but if it’s not recurring is perfectly acceptable.

Would need to be like a period of time to do so, say 5-10 minutes, 10 minutes is probably safer for most innocent people if it’s a power flicker or cat hit the power button (it does happen, sadly).
Other games do this too, if it’s consistent then you are ruining the game for others. Don’t join if it’s a constant problem.

Why is it stupid. I was just chilling yesterday and did a 4 and this team is failing at 4.
I initiated a vote. Asked them to just try and lower key and push without bricking it.
They all agreed and we moved on.
I was able to save my time - they team saved their key.

Because half my keys today failed at the first pull 
and we have to wait 5 minutes to vote, they need to remove the 5 minute restriction and let people vote to bail when its obvious the group cant handle the key.

We understand that occasionally, abandoning runs will happen. Players can experience unexpected real life emergencies, internet outages, or the group collectively deciding to quit the run.

I think what you dont understand is right now we are about ilv 707, at that level, 12’s timer is VERY tight, meaning one wipe equals a failed key, thats why if you fail the first pull you get a lot of people wanting to stop

ok if people want to give the dc players a mark it would apply to people getting kicked off by blizzard for a maintenance if in a run
