It’s pretty clear they do care about the experience of the minority running premades. That’s why they have designed the game to favor those people. I dunno, maybe they think being farmed in the graveyard should be something casuals find inspirational enough to buy tokens for carries to get rated gear.
It isn’t even that they’re geared or in a premade, it’s just the whole concept of grouping up with like-minded people in a game that encourages such.

no but what is against the rules is when a certain guild deiced to circumvent the q til their members all get in epics and then spawn camp horde for 10 hrs .

You had two different people with AA, neither of which knew how to do damage, and still only won by 8 reinforcements. I also still had my way with your healers and anyone that overextended. You only won because a genius picked up the AA and didn’t know how to click the buff off, then pulled ogres into our group.
You had so many crutches and still could only eke out a win? Yikes

Lets follow your logic to the end… group 1 ques for casual play, and ends up against an enemy that is by definition much higher than casual play.
So you see no problem with someone queing for random normal heroics, but they get thrown into a mythic 5 for example.
“I’m going to do A. so I build up the skill and gear to do B” And when applying to do A. you are forced into a C group.
If that doesn’t clear up the failure in your thought process, you are just trolling.
