I don’t think it happens. Logistically it’s essentially impossible. To have that many players in the same MMR range to all try and get into the same match wouldn’t work. If you had 4 healers all trying to get into the same match, that’s possible. I guess if they all had one dps with them, you might be able to get 8 people into a match, but it still means 4 of them are taking a loss, so after 1 game they wouldn’t be able to queue into each other.
This is an incredible amount of effort just to take a loss.
I don’t think anyone cares about that, it’s the constant claims of queue syncing in blitz that get old. No one can ever offer up anything more than an opinion. Which, if some players are mistaken, that’s fine. This stuff can be confusing, but those same players continue to push this and then start accusing others of cheating, like you did. Which again, I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume you mean well, but this just isn’t something to focus on.
Now, I DO think there are some arguments to be made about healers getting to queue with a dps. You could get lucky and string some wins together if you managed to end up on the same team. Over the long term it might not be practical, but maybe for small gains for R1 spots, which we do know happens.
